The posts are in the dimension 70x70x3 mm and have laser cut holes on all four sides. Plate thickness 3 mm. Comes with 2 J-pins. 

Tip! Buy an additional set of J-pins so there can be two people working out during the same doing Squats or bench press on either side of the rig.  All our accessories to the usual rigs are suitable for this
